Celebrated author Darlene Cohen, author of Turning Suffering Inside Out and Nancy Welch, author of Medicine and Meditation  discuss meditation as a means of finding relief from pain and suffering. Meditation is natural, safe and nonintrusive. This show, originally aired as a teleseminar in 2009 (not a radio show), is aired today in celebration of the release of Medicine and Meditation this month and in celebration of Darlene’s Cohen’s incredible life. Darlene Cohen died in January of this year. Information about the second printing of meditations to release the stress of Parkinsons can be found by visiting Parkinsons Meditations.
