Nature Rejuvenates A Soft Voice In A Noisy World Dealing and Healing with Parkinson’s Disease by author Karl Robb

I  had forgotten the way a gorgeous vista or a dramatic landscape had the power to encaptivate one’s senses. My first travel of anywhere longer than an errand, was to beautiful Cape Cod, MA. COVID-19 made it loud and clear that the past year was unsafe to roam and it forced me into limiting my travel, almost completely.  Nature seems to know our weakness whether it is a sound, a view, or the blast of a scent. Nature rejuvenates and replenishes. Take in the gift of Nature without disturbing the residents. #MotivationMonday
